Form I-9 functionality is available, however, the Employment Eligibility step (Section 1 of the Form I-9) is experiencing delays while the system recovers. If you experience these delays, we suggest using Chrome and clearing your browser cache and cookies before attempting to access the Form I-9. Employers can now complete Section 2 of the Form I-9. If you participate in E-Verify, we will select “Technical Problems” as the reason for the delay when creating the case.
Monday, 4/22/2024, we will start assigning a Form I-9 process to employees who were marked as complete. This process will contain both section 1 and section 2 of the Form I-9. If a paper Form I-9 was completed, please notify AccessHR at accesshr@gnapartners.com and we will exclude the employee from Form I-9 processes.
